How to Register

Registration is still open for camp. If you haven't filled out the Application From, please do so now.......

Pole Vaulters: Registration and Payments will be done through www.lojovaultassault.com

Registering for the camp is a click away. You will be able to fill in the fields indicated on the PDF below and Submit via email. You will then be registered for this year's camp. Below is both the Application and Parental Consent form. You will need to fill out both forms. You will not be able to attend the camp if both forms are not filled out correctly and with a parent's signature.

You may Submit via email, by clicking the Summit by Email Button. You will need to print 2 copies. One copy will be for you to keep with your records and the 2nd copy will need to by faxed to use at the following fax number: (803) 777 - 0964.
