Pole Vault
Pole Vault
The 2010 Pole Vault Camp will be part of the LoJo Vault Assault Pole Vault Camp Series. Directed by 3rd year Assistant Coach and two-time Olympian in the pole vault Lawrence “LoJo” Johnson, this year pole vault camp promises to provide a unique experience for both men and women pole vaulters of all levels. The vault clinic will emphasize efficient vaulting technique, mental preparation, and vault specific gymnastic training among other exercises. Pole vaulters must bring their own poles.
Dates: July5th-8th
This year the pole vault registrations will ONLY be handled separate. Meaning all Pole Vault Registrations and Payments will be processed by them via their website.
